How long will it take to receive my order?
Most in-stock hardware and fixtures ship within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, typically arriving within 5-7 business days via standard ground shipping.
What is your return policy for home hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom orders or items that have been installed are not eligible for return.
Do you offer trade discounts for interior designers and contractors?

Are mounting screws included with the cabinet pulls and knobs?
Standard 1-inch mounting screws are included with almost all of our decorative hardware. If you have extra-thick cabinetry, please specify your needs in the order notes so we can provide longer hardware.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
How do I care for and clean my hardware finishes?
To preserve the finish, we recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, bleach, or harsh chemicals, as these can strip the protective lacquer or patina.
